If you live too far to walk, park your car at the LA Fitness parking lot closest to Deerpath Rd and walk
with community leaders from Lake Zurich, Kildeer, and Deer Park to school from there. In order to
follow a route with sidewalks, you will want to walk south down Deerpath Rd and turn left on
Waterford Dr. to cut through the Chasewood neighborhood. Turn right on Kylemore Dr, left on
Waterford Ct, and right on Chasewood Dr. You can then cross Cuba at the crosswalk with the Crossing
Guard. Please do not attempt to cross Cuba Road anywhere but at the cross walk for safety reasons.
If you take the bus or are in the morning YMCA, you can still participate in this event by walking in the
gym with Mr. B when you arrive at school.
All students will receive a healthy snack provided by Sodexo and the parents can enjoy coffee donated
by Starbucks (Starbucks at the front of the school)!
