7th grade Cooking
Today the students learned how to properly wash and dry dishes.
We also stressed the importance of kitchen sanitation. For
homework, please have your student complete the following task:
 Hand wash the dishes (in hot soapy water)
 Dry the dishes
 Put the dishes away
 Sanitize the counter tops, sink and kitchen table.
Please inspect their work.
