Microsoft Office 365 – ProPlus for Faculty and Students Advantage
Program – Installing Office
The Microsoft Office 365 Student/Staff Advantage Program allows students/staff to take advantage of
various software applications provided by Microsoft for use on personal devices. One of the applications
offered in the program is Microsoft Office. The next few pages will guide a student/staff on the
necessary steps to install Microsoft Office on their personal devices. As a student/staff, you are allowed
to install Microsoft Office onto 5 devices. The process takes approximately 15 – 90 minutes depending
on your computer and the speed of your internet connection.
Note: This only applies to non-board computers that do not have Microsoft Office or the latest version of
Microsoft Office installed.
Installing Microsoft Office
1. Log into your Office 365 account by visiting http://dpcloud.dpcdsb.org
Note: the username and password is the one you currently use to log into Board computers.
2. From the main Office 365 page, simply click on Install now

A touch-enabled device is required to use any
multi-touch functionality. But, all features and
functionality are always available by using a
keyboard, mouse, or other standard or
accessible input device. Note that new touch
features are optimized for use with Windows 8.
