MAP, EXPLORE, and KPREP scores along with classroom performance will be used to identify FOCUS students who need intervention. Once FOCUS students are placed into intervention programs, interventionists check their progress weekly. Program Reviews are a yearly process, however, we have completed this year's review.

In Progress Although Program Reviews are a yearly process, we have completed three in-depth Program Reviews this school year (2014-2015). Those reviews were conducted in October-2014, January-2015, and April-

2015. All teachers participated in these reviews serving on various committees and subcommittees to ensure that core content and common core standards are addressed and that student learning is taking place.
