D.C. It was a symbolic gesture to
attempt to de-segregate interstate
transportation.

LBJ signed this to ban segregation in public
places and forcefully integrate all schools,
among other things.
March on Washington-
S.C.L.C.
Rally in 1963. This is where MLK
gave his famous “I Have a Dream”
Speech to 200,000 people.
Established by MLK and others to deal
with the bus boycott.
Dealt with making civil rights laws more
noticeable.
