PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE YOU
BEGIN:
You can begin typing your story here. Change
the title page and then begin your story on a new
page here where the margins are set. Just
highlight all of the text and replace it with your
own words. Try to use fonts such as Arial or
Times New Roman because they are easier to
read. This template is on the “g” drive on
computers in the classroom.
At the end of your last sentence on each page,
you can go to the Insert menu and choose,
Break, Page Break. A new page will
automatically be inserted into your book.
Don’t worry about typing a “THE END” page—the
Book Bug volunteers will do that for you.
When you are finished typing, please have a
grown-up check for mistakes.
Thanks for your help! We can’t wait to read your
story and turn it into a book for the library!
Turn your book with the bookbug form filled out
and the about me page to Mrs. Buzzard.
You can save it on a computer in your classroom
on the “g” drive or send by e-mail to
buzzarma@npenn.org
