Professional and Support Staff
Absence Due to Jury Duty A staff member who is obliged to serve on jury duty is eligible for pay served in the amount of the
normal per diem rate less the amount earned as a juror. It is the responsibility of the employee to
provide evidence of the amount actually received from the court to the office of human resources.
