BT MyDonate
BT MyDonate is our free online fundraising service where every
penny donated goes directly to you, the charity.
That’s because we don’t take a cut of the money raised – unlike
other online donation services - so you get up to 63p more for
every £10 donated.
As well as providing a free fundraising service for people and
charities, our MyDonate technology supports big appeals from
the likes of Comic Relief and the Disasters Emergency Committee,
continuing our support for charities of all sizes.

BT Troubleshooter
When facing tricky business issues, a fresh pair of eyes can make
a huge difference. Through BT Troubleshooter, your charity can
‘borrow’ a small team of BT’s expert volunteers with relevant skills
and experience - for a half or full day. Tell us the problem, and we’ll
put together a team of talented people who’ll know what to do.

BT Community Challenge
There are times when something is waiting to be done, and you
just need a helping hand to make it happen. That’s where BT
Community Challenge comes in. Tell us what needs doing, where
and when, and we’ll find the right team of BT volunteers to get
stuck in – for free (though tea and coffee would be very welcome!).

BT Tower Dining Club
The BT Tower Dining Club is a three-course dining experience
that takes place in the revolving restaurant at the top of one of
London’s most iconic buildings – the BT Tower. If you’re using BT
MyDonate, you can apply for a table at one of these events and
auction it off to your supporters. Providing a unique fundraising
opportunity for you, and a money-can’t-buy experience for your
most dedicated fundraisers.
