DESCRIPTION
An adjustable Multi-lamp recessed fixture for trim or trimless installation suitable for downlighting and accent applications.
Utilizes 8 Watt LED heads.
For new construction applications. Suitable for insulated ceilings (I.C.).
Rated for direct contact with insulation material.
SPECIFICATION FEATURES
A ... Housing
I.C. Rated Housing, junction box & trimless meshplate assembly are all steel construction.
Trim housing utilizes a removable trim sleeve to provide a 0.75” flange around the ceiling opening and to help conceal the inner hardware of the fixture from sight below the ceiling.
Trimless housing includes perforated meshplate for trimless installation in drywall/plaster ceilings by allowing the ceiling’s mudding compound to be applied right up to the edge of the fixture opening.
Includes a beveled “knife-edge” lip to ensure a clean edge.
Both housings can an accommodate
0.50” to 1.25” ceiling thickness. Optional
Chicago Plenum configuration available.
B ... System Protection:
Thermal protection provided to guard against overheating. Aluminum die cast construction provides exceptional thermal management to yield 70% lumen maintenance after 50,000 hours of operation.
C ... Junction Box
Junction Box is UL listed for through branch wiring, 6 #12 90º C supply conductors or 60º C for end of run. The fixture is also UL listed as ‘access above ceiling not required’.
D ... Electrical
Electrical accessible through ceiling opening. J-Box located on the side wall of the housing behind removable access doors. Integral individual low voltage LED drivers on individually removable “trays” for easy maintenance.
E ... LED
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 - 8W LED heads in
9º, 25º, or 40º beam. 3000K or 4000K color temp. Mounted in adjustable double gimbals. Lamp holders are individually removable and may be regressed 1” for additional cut-off. Dual axis locking lamp adjustment. High CRI of 85 with excellent color consistency of ± 50°K color temperature. See below for performance data.
F ... Mounting
Butterfly Brackets accept 1/2” EMT,
C Channel, Tbar fasteners, and bar hangers. Four tabs on housing for securing to structure. Perforated flaps along housing sides for securing trimless insert to fixture and drywall.
G ... Labels cULus listed for IC applications, suitable for use in damp locations.
