Fail-Safe's FS/IS surface squares were designed as low-cost, energyefficient answers to the problems of repeated replacement and down
time in areas where broken lamps could increase owner liability. Their
one-piece, injection-molded, UV-stabilized, polycarbonate refractors and
diffusers completely surround the backplate, leaving no exposed metal.
UL/cUL listed for wet locations. The FS/IS is specifically designed for use
in public access areas where vandalism may occur. Ideal for building
perimeters, corridors, stairwells, schools and dormitories.
