Kelly Richdale is Managing Director International Operations & VP International Sales of Bioscrypt, the
enterprise access division of L-1 Identity Solutions (NYSE: ID). Prior to this she was a founder and Senior VP
Global Sales of A4Vision, specialising in 3D face recognition, which was acquired by Bioscrypt in March 2007.
She has been working in the security industry for eight years, focussing on biometrics, access control and strong
authentication solutions. Kelly was formerly a Director of Lycos Europe (Germany) and the CEO/ Founder of
Prologue Productions, a media and marketing company (Moscow). She has extensive experience in global sales,
marketing and business development in a range of industries. She holds an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau,
France) and a degree in modern languages (Russian & German) from Cambridge University.
