Responsible for assisting the Head winemaker in maintaining and improving quality
standards, executing the production schedule from set up to sanitation, and various
other winemaking activities. The position is highly hands-on oriented supported by
good managerial & supervisory skills, laboratory skills (testing and documenting),
and organizational skills with attention to detail a priority.

Brief Description
Participate in production scheduling and executing work orders
Execute the production plan (on time and in budget)
Maintain the Quality Assurance Program (testing, documenting and product
formulation integrity)
Maintain accurate inventory and timely reporting
Maintain and execute the sanitation and organization standards
Maintain compliant / required regulatory schedules, documents, etc.
Ten (10) major functions totaling high percentage of total time at:
Secondary and Cross Training Responsibilities:
1.20 Support other corporate initiatives and support programs. (Wholesale wine, Bistro, Etc.)
