Eastern Michigan University 218 Rackham Hall Email: csie.info@emich.edu Facebook Group: CSIE@EMU LinkedIn: CSIE EMU Director: Dr. E. Tratras Contis The Creative Scientific Inquiry Experience (CSIE) helps students make connections between classes and community‐based activities. Students enroll in a CSIE course cluster of their choice during normal registration periods. The one credit CSIE course provides early research experience with faculty. *Related Science and Math classes are recommended to round out the student experience. • CSIE is open to all students. • You must meet minimum course prerequisites in math and science. • Class size is limited to 24 students. • CSIE Book Loan Program saves students money by lending them texts and materials for free. “This is the best program I could have joined in college.” ~ Asani Palamaru Jacinda Lisi 3/23/12 1:01 PM
