How To Add The New Clinic Remote
Agent To Your Desktop

1. Remove older version of Remote Desktop (use Remove Program in Control Panel)
2. Copy and paste the following URL into your web browser to install the new Remote Desktop
program
http://ncs-tolero1/Documents/ClinicalRemoteAgentInstall.zip
Be sure to
click “open”
here

Right Click!!

Right click on
ClinicalRemoteAgentInstaller
Click Run as administrator, and answer
yes to give permission to run program

Verify the icon is in the bottom right
toolbar and perform a test remote into a
CWS using last 3 letters “glg” or an IP
address for an AWS
Finally…when you close the remote
desktop, ALWAYS click Hide. If Exit is
clicked You will have to reinstall the whole
Remote Desktop program
