• Hello, I am ____.
• Thank you for allowing me to share Microsoft’s approach to citizenship
as it is something we are incredibly passionate about.
• Overall, Microsoft is committed to working with governments, NGOs and
others locally and globally to apply our expertise, technology, and
company resources to make a real impact for a better tomorrow…around
the world and here in Thailand.
• Fundamental to this commitment is the role we serve as a responsible
global corporate citizen.

Microsoft Corporate Citizenship
• Being a good corporate citizen plays a vital role in fulfilling our core mission as a
company - to help people and businesses around the world realize their full potential.
• Our approach is based on the principle that being a good corporate citizen requires
an enduring commitment to: working to fulfill our public responsibilities; and to serving
the needs of people in communities around the world.
• As our company has grown, this commitment has extended far beyond our own
products and services and has been amplified many times over through our network
of partners.
• And, as the effects of the global economic crisis have continued, the impact of our
citizenship work has taken on even greater importance.
• To create real impact for real people, we must partner closely with governments,
NGOs and others locally and globally to apply our expertise, technology, and
company resources to support the economic health and welfare of communities
around the world.

Microsoft YouthSpark - Innovate For Good
Wheel-Go-Round (WGR) project
- WGR is developed to support and
accommodate wheel-chair users in
Thailand to be able to travel easily using
the provided route and accommodation
information on website and Facebook.
- Inspired by the Innovate For Good, They
wanted to take a step further to reach to a
broader audience of wheel-chair users
- Microsoft Student Partners then joined
hands to support WGR to develop an
application and brand-new website that
responds well to what wheel-chair users
need.
- Very well received Press’s interest during
launch on Sept 24.
