Organization Evaluations
-Proposed so that we can see what we can do as a council to become better

-$6 per person due December 1
NPHC week
-Support during fundraisers
GLA
-16 members present, pushing for 25 members to go next year
Greek Week
-During Delta Week so we are trying to move it to the 21 of March
Service Hours
-Log in hours in the web portal
Social Media
-Positive involvement for EMU Greek Life
New Members
-Welcome from the nphc feel welcome after they come in to the organization
Fines
-Iotas​
paid their fine
-Kappas & Ques still owe
NPHC Dues
-$45 for NPHC dues must be turned in by the second week of January, late fee $55
GSAP Binders:
-Pick-up binders in December, delegate members of organizations to complete GSAP
binders
NPHC Advisor, Karen:
● Do we want to do the NPHC retreat again?
-Council Vote: Yes
-Clear lines of communication regarding participation in upcoming retreat
established
Special Guest, Kristen Floyd:

-Groupme, not a good source of communicating business
-Probates, coming out shows are not permitted: Per EPO
-Advocate for student rights for probate shows/ use of student facilities
-Town Hall Meeting Thursday 12pm-2pm in the Auditorium
-Utilize your resources to advocate for the student body!
