Strategic Orientation & Goals:
3.2.1
Our Administration supports the inclusion of civil society in the work of the
ITU.
The following goals are proposed to read as follows:
Goal 1:
Line 3 …"taking a leading role in the United Nations system initiatives on

Goal 3:

We propose the following text: "Promoting the development of an
enabling environment that assists governments in fostering legal and

in the Information Society".
