1.0 Purpose
The purpose of this standard is to identify the output retention standards for the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
system which is currently known as Banner.

3.0 Standard
Standards for output retention are determined by evaluating federal/state legal requirements, space used to store the
information, and usefulness of immediate access to the information. In general, the following standards apply:

FormFusion (formatted output, such as letters)
GJIREVO (output stored within the database)

Exceptions to these standards are requested by the Data Owner for the area responsible for the output, and approved
by the Business Operations Committee (BOC). Exceptions will be maintained in attachment 4.7.A.1 Banner Output
Exceptions.
4.0 Responsibility for Implementation
The Director of Enterprise Operations is responsible for the implementation of this standard.

Representative assumes the role of data owner.
