How to Install the Switchboard Manager
• Switchboard Manager is the default ON option in ACCESS 2007. It will always appear in the Database Tools ribbon.
• If you are using a .mdb type file, the Switchboard Manager will be available “automatically” in the Database Tools menu/ribbon of either ACCESS 2003 or 2007
• When using a .accdb file in ACCESS 2010/2013, you may need to install the Switchboard Manager from the Additional Commands feature.

Inserted in quick access tool bar
Included in :Database Tools/Administer
Additional quick access commands drop down arrow

Finding Switchboard Manager add‐in
Click on :Popular Commands
Then select :All Commands
You are almost finished!
Scroll down to Switchboard Manager; Add it to Save area
Save and OK
• The Switchboard Manager Icon • will now be in the Quick Access command area at the top of the tool bar
