The company of Sant Cugat del Vallés supplies around the
world industrial and electrical equipment from leading
brands reducing lead times and with more competitive
prices
“From a single
source offering
multiple
solutions
to
customers
around
the
world.” This is
the concept of
one
single
source that has
enabled
Cyberall
Group,
a
company
of
Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona), in just six years, to distribute electrical and
industrial equipment to over 30 countries. Founded in 2005 by electrical
engineer Dangel Salazar, the firm has also achieved through an innovative
process, reducing leading times and logistics costs. Despite the current
economical situation, Cyberall Group is growing and expects to double its
turnover in 2013.
Users of electrical distribution equipment, industrial control and automation, and
electronics usually have to go to several manufacturers to purchase the
products they need. Cyberall Group created a single point where customers can
find a wide range of references of equipment from different manufacturers. The
company works with the www.cyberallgroup.com portal, from where it
distributes the goods of the leading brands such as ABB, Schneider Electric,
Yokogawa, Siemens, Eupec, Sick, Pepperl and Fuchs and Digilent, among
others. "Every day we are expanding the portfolio of new suppliers to get more
solutions to our users for the purpose of enforcing the philosophy: one single
supplier for all your sourcing industry needs", explains CEO Cyberall Group,
Dangel Salazar
This company has found a more agile and quicker way to deliver the goods on
time for the clients. Thanks to its extensive industry experience, Dangel
Salazar, who worked with different multinational companies in the electricity
sector, detected the existence of a market segment dissatisfied located in
developing countries. Multinationals internal processes, load consolidation and
sea freight, often delays a lot the parts delivery. Located near the production
headquarters, Cyberall Group shortens delivery time sending by air freight the
goods. The products have a good rate weight/cost, so transporting goods by air
up to 70 Kgs can represents between 5% and 10% of the cost of the product.
To further streamline the process, the company works with express courier
companies like UPS, FedEx or TNT. The Cyberall Group CEO states that "if a
company has a production line shutdown because they need a product that is
failing, the delivery time is critical, and is less sensitive to price because it costs
more to have a production line shutdown". However, the prices of this company
are very competitive thanks to the efforts of negotiation that is done with the
suppliers and by reducing logistics costs.
As a result of all this work, Cyberall Group has reached its exports to 80% of its
sales, sending to countries like Argentina, Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, Chile,
China, Colombia, Côte d'Ivoire, France, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Australia,
UAE, Philippines, Venezuela, Vietnam, Zambia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait,
Mexico, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, USA, UK, etc..
Profits growth to 25% in 2012
Cyberall Group closed 2012 with a turnover of 570,000 Euros, a figure that
represents an increasing of 25% over 2011. For 2013, the company is
developing several actions to achieve a turnover of one million Euros. Although
it will double the current figure, these calculations are based on the company's
strategic planning. During the last two years of operation of this distribution
company it has developed a back office in order to be in a better position in the
coming years. "We know that our company has great growth potential and did
not want to take forward steps unprepared," says the CEO of Cyberall Group,
Dangel Salazar.
