In relation to the parcel under review, Charlotte Water has water system availability via the
existing 6-inch water main located along Legranger Road.
In relation to the parcel under review, the closest existing sewer main is located approximately
120 feet north of the northern corner of the property. The applicant should contact Charlotte
Water’s New Services at (704) 432-5801 for more information regarding accessibility to this
sewer main.
