PHOTOGRAPHY USE NOTICE
Mines students and faculty members, attending School-related events may be photographed. It is not always possible
to notify or identify individuals photographed at these events.
Individuals photographed do not receive any compensation for the photographs and do not typically have the
opportunity to review, edit or modify photographs before publication. Photos may be published for Mines-related
publications, websites, news releases and news stories, marketing purposes, advertisements and other uses.
Photos of non-Mines-student minors can only be used with written release, signed by a parent or guardian, authorizing
the use of the child’s image.
