In the past decades, the computing world has been shifted to internet-based technology.

One of these technologies is the cloud computing model that delivers highly scalable distributed computing platforms in which computational resources are offered as a service.

During these decades, cloud services flourished and applications on business strategy and practices are paramount. It became an opportunity for large, medium and small size enterprises. Competitiveness for small and medium size companies became a much easier with cloud computing.

The cloud grants SMEs access to enterprise-class technology. It also allows smaller businesses to act faster than big to recover from disasters .

The goal of this computing model is to make a better use of available and scare resources, put them together in order to achieve higher throughput and be able to tackle large scale computation problems. This paper is conceptual introduces a detailed analysis of the cloud computing adoption concerns focusing on the cloud computing types and the service delivery types.
