Addendum No. 01
1. Build center wall full height into attic space to create a sound barrier between the two
rooms and insolate with sound insulation.
2. Insulate new South wall with sound insulation.
3. Install two (2) each 6” x 6” metal electrical boxes with 2” conduit run vertical into existing
attic space.
4. Take existing fire alarm pull station and add an additional pull station to create one on
each side of the new center wall.
5. Add 4S electrical box at 7 wall drop locations to be used by I.T. company for network.
6. Install additional 110VAC receptacles in South and center walls as indicated on plans.
7. Install 110VAC receptacle in ceiling locations for each of the two (2) projectors.
8. Bid opening date extended to Thursday, May 19, 2016 – in the West Wing Conference
Room in the Administration Building #10 (same room where job walk began).
9. Bid Bonds have been and are still required.
NOTE: There were no requests for information or clarification received by the District.
Acknowledgement of Addendum No. 01 must be written in on
the first page of the Bid Form where indicated in Section 3.
