SYNOPSIS:
A witness was arriving home and parking in front of the building at the scene. when he observed
three subjects standing just inside the breezeway of the building. The witness recognized one of the
subjects as the victim. The witness heard a POP sound and observed the victim walking towards his
vehicle. The witness let the victim into his car while the other two subjects, one black and one white,
ran away through the breezeway. The witness called 911 in route to the Hospital but Poladov was
pronounced dead when they arrived.
