determine when the final examination will take place.
CMC COMMON FINALS GUIDELINES:
•
Faculty members teaching 2 or more sections of the same course may request a common final.
•
Priority for common finals goes to faculty members teaching 3 or more sections of the same
course.
•
Regularly scheduled final exams have priority over common final exams. Faculty using a common
final option must accommodate students who have conflicts with regularly scheduled finals at
another mutually agreeable time or at Common Final 6.
