Areas of Practice
Bob Maloney has more than 40 years of trial experience. He concentrates his practice on commercial
and business litigation, condemnation, tort and products liability, lender liability, employment law,
environmental litigation and class action litigation. He has presented testimony as an expert witness
on attorneys’ fees, has served pro tem as a Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge, and is also a Past
President of the Oregon Federal Bar Association and the Oregon Association of Defense Counsel.
