What is the Business Growth Service?
GrowthAccelerator,
Manufacturing Advisory Service
(MAS), Intellectual Property
Audits and Design Mentoring
will integrate to become the
Business Growth Service.
The service will provide tailored business support to small
and medium sized firms with ambition and potential to grow.
Throughout their journey, participants will have a single
point of contact from the Business Growth Service and,
depending on the type of help they need, will be introduced
to experts from other existing Government service including
UKTI, UKEF, Innovate UK and local growth hubs.

of the business and illuminates the coaching process.
GROWTHMapper - extract
Leadership and Management
Eligibility:
– Key Decision Maker (Owner Manager, MD, CEO) or:
– A member of the Senior Management Team or Board Executive and:
– Have strategic responsibility for the overall direction of the business
How much can a client access?
– Up to £2000 per eligible individual - 50% match funding
– Grants must be matched £ for £
– Maximum funding available is on a sliding scale, which is capped at five
senior managers or up to 10% of the workforce for companies with 20 plus
full time employees
– Can be used in all or parts.
How can the funding be used?
– Leadership and Management development that will significantly improve the
capability of the person(s) accessing and clearly link to the growth of the
business.
