I, the undersigned, hereby grant _______________________________
permission to make still pictures, videotapes, and sound recordings,
separately or in combination, of my property, and I also give

still pictures, and/or sound recordings over Internet, film competitions, and
private or public broadcast for distribution purposes.
Further, I relinquish and give to _______________________________ all
rights, title and interest I may have in the finished video, still pictures and/or
sound recordings, negatives, prints, reproductions and copies of the originals,
negatives, recordings, duplicates, and prints.
