ONLINE COURSE APPLICATION REQUEST
Updated Feb. 9, 2015
The Department of Economics, Applied Statistics, and International Business (EASIB) does not offer a
distance education major or minor. EASIB online courses are offered only for students enrolled in
College of Business distance education degree programs. Non-distance education students facing
extraordinary circumstances and who want to take the course must apply for an exception using the
form below. The course instructor cannot give permission to override the distance education constraint.
Each application will be reviewed by the Department Head and in extreme cases an exception will be
allowed and a space available basis. Convenience or inconvenience is typically not a sufficient reason
for an exception.
