The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. in Thomas Administration, room
#117.

Minutes from September, 2013 meeting. MSC to approve minutes as
written

Retroactive withdrawal time limits discussed further



Daniel reported on the feedback from ASI and suggested that six years
may be a more acceptable time limit as this was the average amount of
time taken to complete an undergraduate degree (according to most
recent figures).
Discussed the wording of an exception clause but decided that this was
unnecessary as it was covered by the appeals process that is already in
place.
MSC to suggest a change to the policy to reflect that the record
adjustment must be filed within six years of the end of the semester
being petitioned.
MSC to adjourn at 10:38 a.m.
