for Academic Year 2016-2017
Students must submit a BLANK checklist form, along with the completed application, to
the Graduate Financial Aid Administrator
Graduate Financial Aid Administrator - Please attach this list to each Methodist scholarship
application submitted. Applications omitting this checklist will NOT be considered.
All supporting materials are required. Please submit the application and supporting
materials as one PDF document electronically to Anita Brown at abrown@american.edu no
later than March 23, 2016 by 5:00 PM.

3. A letter from your pastor confirming your association with the church for at least one year
prior to application. For international students, a letter from UM College President or
designee in the UM School confirming your association with the church for a minimum of
three years.

community/volunteer work (one page or less)
