ITU / CC1 ENUM LLC Agreement
Dear sirs,
With reference to your letter of 30 November 2005, I hereby confirm that E.164 country code
“1” will be delegated for ENUM to your organization, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in your letter.
You must request explicit permission from me before authorizing the delegations within the
ENUM Tier 1 Registry of any area codes (NDC as defined in E.164), since I will verify whether the Member State to whom those area codes are assigned agrees to ENUM delegations.
I will determine to which Member State the area codes are assigned by consulting the web site of the North American Numbering Plan, at: http://www.nanpa.com/reports/reports_npa.html
No area code can be delegated for ENUM until you receive an explicit approval from me.
