Sample Name:

Molecular weight:

Amount (pmol):

Is your sample a liquid or on PVDF?

If sample is liquid how many µL is it?

(no more than 30 µL unless you put that you would like us to desalt your sample).

If your sample is on PVDF, please make sure you use PVDF.

Other types of membranes, like nitrocellulose, will damage the instrument and cost up to $2,000 to repair. The facility will have no choice, but to pass these costs along to the customer. In preparing samples, avoid all amine containing buffers (i.e., Tris, HEPES, Glycine) as these will react with the reagent used in the sequencing reaction and result in no useable data.

Requested length of analysis:

(6 residues are suggested to confirm identity):

Expected amino acid sequence if this analysis is to confirm identity:

Additional comments or information: ( Limited to 255 characters!

)

Please remember that poor quality water (distilled or double distilled) and poor reagents will cause the N-terminus to be blocked.

Turn around time is 1 - 2 weeks.
