Please read the Information Pack before completing this form.
Postgraduate course proposals should normally be submitted at least 18 months
before introduction of the course for entry in the Graduate School prospectus.
Failure to provide information under all the headings shown will result in approval of
the course being delayed.
This form should only be completed if you are introducing a new Postgraduate
Award which forms part of an existing Master’s course or is a free standing course. If
you wish to introduce Postgraduate Awards as part of a new Master’s course you
should include within the proposal for the Master’s course an explanation of the
rationale for the introduction of Postgraduate Awards. In all cases you should
complete Part 2 of the course proposal form setting out the fees and resource
implications of the Postgraduate Awards and complete the appropriate module
proposal documentation.

planning of new courses. This advice should be sought from a senior
academic with direct experience of a related course in an academic institution
of comparable standing to the University of Warwick. This person should not
be a current external examiner.
