ERRATUM
NOTICE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS
DIVIDENDS
We inform our shareholders and the market in general that, by mistake, the NOTICE TO THE
SHAREHOLDERS released on last July 30th, and published in the newspaper Valor Econômico,
Correio do Povo and Diário Oficial de Santa Catarina on last July 31st, consisted erroneously the
value per share of dividends approved at RCA. The correct value per share is R$ 0.185001236. The
total declared amount of R$ 114,778,284.00, as well as other information contained in the said
NOTICE TO THE SHAREHOLDERS have not changed.
