immunoprecipitation of 20 µg HEK293 cell
lysate over-expressing HA-tagged human

The precipitated complex was loaded onto a
gel, followed by electrophoresis and transfer
to nitrocellulose. The membrane was probed
with anti-HA tag antibody.
