Dignity at Warwick Event
Thank you to the 50+ volunteers who helped out at the Dignity at Warwick event in November,
10 stands were placed at various key locations across campus to launch the revised Dignity at
Warwick policy, raise awareness of the Dignity Contacts, and communicate to staff and students
that Bullying and Harassment will not be tolerated at Warwick.
Say NO to Bullying and Harassment
University House Café
Student’s Union Atrium
Things you can do if you feel you are being bullied:
Speak to the person involved, tell them how their behaviour is making you feel
Speak to your line manager
Speak to a Dignity Contact, who will listen and talk you through the options
available to help you address the problem
Staff and students were encouraged to make suggestions on the ‘One Change’ initiative –


What one change would you make to the culture of your place of work and study that would
make the biggest difference to your well-being?
Do you feel bullied or harassed, have you witnessed bullying or harassment?
The One Change form is still open and feedback can still be given on:
