Council of Medical Research, Dept. of Health Research, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. Of
India, invites applications from suitable Indian Nationals for appointment on the following Purely
temporary posts (on contract basis) under the project entitled “Field evaluation of Alphacypermethrin
5% in Indoor Residual Spray for sand fly control and assessing its impact on reducing Visceral
Leishmaniasis cases in endemic district of Bihar, India.”, financially sponsored by NVBDCP, India.

Following will be the criteria:
Age relaxation may be given as per Government rules.
The post is for an external sponsored project undertaken by the Institute Principal Investigator – Dr. P.
Das, Director, RMRI and no claim in future for employment under the ICMR/Institute shall be tenable.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
Decision of Principal Investigator shall be final.
If performance of the appointee is not found satisfactory by the Project Investigator, appointment can be
terminated anytime and without any prior notification.
Age may be relaxed for more experienced candidate.
