Phase II - This project addresses safety concerns by structurally retrofitting a building occupied
2015/19 by students. In addition rennovation is required for ADA compliance, asbestos
abatement, to replace roofs, improve lighting, refurbish bathrooms, replace the
hearing system, correct plumbing problems, upgrade electrical, and install fire control
sprinklers. The strengthening may be separate from rennovation
Phase II - This project addresses safety concerns by structurally retrofitting a building occupied
2015/19 by students. Additional Rennovations would increase the estimated cost of this
project.
Phase II - Install field drainage on Baseball and Softball fields. Rennovate Football Field and
2015/19 Track. Replace visitors bleachers with ADA compliant bleachers. Replace roof and
back wall at Stadium, 40 years old. Wall and roof have failed due to dry rot. Replace
football scoreboard, existing board is 35 years old. Project could be done in
portions: athletic fields, stadium, track, scoreboard.
Phase II - The 300 Buildings were originally built 13 years ago and there had been a planned
2015/19 canopy between the two buildings and in front of the exterior classroom doors, that
was not built. The sidewalks that abut the exterior walls of the buildings were not
designed to slope away from the buildings to allow for water to drain. When it rains,
water collects in pools along the exterior walls causing the walls to rot. Flooring has
had to be replaced three times due to dry rot. A fourth area is showing signs of
flooring
and cracked
floor
tiles.
