Administrative Office Coordinator
Provide direct support to the Dean
In collaboration with the Dean, generate the initial area class schedule proposals
In collaboration with the Dean, manage Associate Faculty evaluation timeline and process
Serve as point of contact for Division chairs in resolving faculty/student issues
Coordinate the work of division classified staff
Ensure that the student end of course evaluations are processed, evaluated, and acted upon as
necessary

Coordinate division budget process

Lead Division chairs
Work with Division chairs to evaluate faculty (e.g. organizing the FEC committee, drafting final
evaluation report)
Supervise AOAs
Tenure and non-tenure process
Compliance of all academic programs
Monitor and approve division budgets and expenditures
Manage instructional facilities
Recruit, select, orient and evaluate associate faculty
Provide leadership related to the development of academic degrees and certificates.
Leadership related to academic policy development and implementation
Administrative responsibility for instructional program review and assessment.
Process faculty qualification requests and documents
Division Chair Duties
Provide the initial and continuing orientation of all faculty members, including assessment and classroom management.
Coordinate curriculum change proposals
Participate in the recruitment, selections and orientation of associate faculty
Participate in faculty evaluation as designee
Plan, organize and preside at academic division meetings
Resolve faculty and student issues
Participate in evaluation of Associate Faculty or designate others from appropriate discipline/s to perform Associate Faculty evaluations
Program Review oversight
Work with faculty to recommend adjustment to established schedule structure
Coordinate the development and implementation of student learning outcomes and assessment at the course, discipline, and program levels
