1. 1.1 A clarification: do we need to update the Program Review calendar to reflect the
additional week for revisions
1.2 Date, number, time or date, initial and time on each draft of any forms
1.3. Include headers and page numbers if necessary on all spreadsheets (Crislyn)
2. Request for concise introductions of Program Review Committee members; name and area
of the college.
3. Questions, comments, and concerns from the Business and Technology Division. This
includes the addendum to the HPRT Annual report.
4. Program Review Evaluation Rubrics Summary drafts
5. Review and discuss integrated planning flow chart
5. Mission statement and objectives
6. Review, for final approval, the Staff and Faculty request form drafts approved electronically by
Tuesday, and which will be put on the 9/18/09 Academic Senate agenda
6.1 Full & Tenured Faculty Request

7. First round annual program reviews
