o Since joining the University, I have been actively involved in advising students
at different levels. The policy in the Department of Petroleum and Chemical
Engineering is that each of the faculty members advise one cohort from the time
they start majoring the program until graduation. The number of students for
each advisor ranged from 30 to 50 students.
o Interaction with the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) students of SQU by
supervising some of their projects.
o Active interaction with the Petroleum and Chemical Engineering industrial
