BY ARCHITECT PRIOR TO ANY FABRICATION.
(A) Occupancies of Group A shall be accessible as follows:
1. Where services and facilities are provided in areas that are
not required to be accessible, the same services and
facilities shall be provided in an accessible area and shall be
accessible.
