What were you doing prior to starting your course at Warwick?
Before coming to Warwick I was pursuing my LLB from Faculty of Law, Delhi University. I also
did my Bachelor's in Psychology from Delhi University prior to that.
What does your current course involve?
My current course is a critique and analysis of what development actually stands for in the
International or global scenario. It provides a different perspective to the commonly
understood notions of modernity, development, justice and world ideologies. Exploring the
concept of human rights in these notions we try to decipher major problems facing the
world in this epoch, their reasons and a possible solution for them.
What are your aspirations for the future?
I want to explore more about the concepts that we study at this level by pursuing a research
or joining a human rights organisation which actually works for the betterment of humanity.
