ThispositionwillbeNEWandresponsiblefordetailedanalysisofprojectjobcostsandhow
thosecostcomparetobudget.Thispositionwillberesponsibleforthepreparationand
communicationoftimelyandaccurateinformationtoexecutiveandprojectmanagement.
• Preparationofexceldrivenspreadsheetsbasedoninformationsuppliedinthe
company’saccountingsystem–Sage100Contractors.
• Interfacewithprojectmanagersandseniormanagementconcerningquestions
relatedtojobcosts.
• Ensurejobprojectbooksareup-to-date
• Investigatequestionsconcerningcostchargedtoajobandreportingbacktothe
appropriateindividual

Idealrecruitwillbecollegestudentinthetop20%oftheirclasswithstrongrecommendations
fromaminimumoftwocollegeprofessorsconcerningabilitytomeettheaboverequirements.
Amountofhoursisnegotiablebutwillrequireaminimumscheduleof8hoursperweekandno
morethan16hoursperweek.ThispositionwillonlyworkWednesday,ThursdayorFridaywith
thedaysalsonegotiable.
Trainingandmentoringwillbeprovided. InadditiontothebenefitstheCompanywillderive
fromthework,thegoalistoprovidetherightindividualwithrealworldexperiencethatwill
benefitthemaftergraduation.
