• Planned and implemented a non-food item (NFI) distribution for 10K refugee and host community families in
eastern Cameroon, coordinating the site evaluation, hiring of personnel, and logistical support for the project
• Coordinated the design and development of the 2014 Emergency Appeal for Caritas Central African Republic
(CAR), writing the draft, constructing the $1.5 million budget, and consolidating input from all nine dioceses
• Led emergency response efforts for the national Caritas office in conflict-affected areas of CAR
• Planned and executed emergency distribution of over 50K daily food rations in a high-insecurity environment
