Develop needed code to automate the current Time and Labor

Add single page printer-friendly class rosters to PeopleSoft based on
what was available in Cascade.

Transfer ACRK Scoring
Add needed calculation engine for ACRK scoring for transfer students.
Utilize the calculation engine created for incoming students.

Assist with the processing of Financial Aid for the 2015 aid year.

Update the purchase order inquiry screen to include important
information and fix some bugs that have been there since it was
