Updates from the group?
 Many of the faculty claimed to have classes with the topic of sustainability incorporated into
them. How do we advertise these classes so that students know these classes are “Green” when
registering?
IT recommendations letter
 Font as default – expecting letter from Imaging committee
 A concern is the Century Gothic font, while using less ink to print, is bigger than Times New
Roman and uses more paper.
 A suggestion was to set Century Gothic to a smaller font size.
 Duplex cost reduction - see upcoming article in the Reporter.
 Duplex default setting – instructions on SC & Pawprint websites
Website Review
 Define Sub Committees
 There were not enough people present to break into sub committees.
 Wellness Logo
 Start of year email & tip of the month
 Other ideas: carbon footprint calculator, links to proposed energy dashboard at Harrill and Hunter
Library, academic programs on campus, environmentally preferable purchasing & resources, building
and renovation updates focusing on green aspects, resource page w/ links, LEED info.,
