Individual Camp Information
The Lady Raider Basketball Camp offers a solid foundation in skill development, motivation, and competition. Camp is held in the newly renovated 2000-seat Air Conditioned Athletic Complex on the main campus in Harriman, TN. Camp counselors will
include current and former Raiderette players as well as other qualified individuals. A full
concession stand will be available each day.
July 18th - 22nd • Ages 7 - Rising Senior
Cost: $100. The registration fee covers instruction, a camp t-shirt
& certificate. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required
with each application.
Daily Schedule: 9 am - 3 pm (Monday - Thursday). Registration will be
from 8:30 - 9 am on July 18th. Camp will end on Friday,
July 22nd at NOON. Campers may bring lunch or purchase food from the camp concession stand. A camp bank
will be available for those who wish to leave money for
their child.
Team Rates: Team rates of $85 per player are available if the coach verifies that five or more team members are attending the camp.
About the Camps . . . .
This year’s camp will be under the direction of Monica Boles. Coach Boles just
completed her 8th season as Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Roane State. She has
years of experience with basketball camps, and is excited about running camp again this
year!
The camp will present basketball to each player in an atmosphere of learning, competitiveness and fun. Quality instruction for every camper is our number one priority!
Stations during the morning sessions will be devoted to instruction and developing
fundamentals of the game, which is a top priority for any basketball player. Both morning and afternoon sessions will be used for further skill development through competition and fundamental skill work. Various drills and league games will help achieve this
goal.
The main focus of our camp is to provide campers with the opportunity to improve
their fundamental skills and knowledge of the game through drill work and competitive
play in a positive basketball environment. The Lady Raider basketball camp is a great
place for players of all ages to experience success and build a confident self-image!
